At Imex RV And Auto Parts, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. This shipping policy covers all Canadian orders and explains our rates, carrier options, and special handling for oversized and refrigerated products.

Standard Shipping Rates (Canada)

We offer the following standard shipping rates for orders shipped within Canada:

• Free Standard Shipping — Orders of CAD $99.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping (1–3 business days transit time).
• Standard Shipping — CAD $18.50 — Applied to orders under CAD $99.99.

Transit times are estimates based on carrier service levels and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Carrier-Calculated Rates

At checkout, you may also see real-time rates from our carrier partners:

• Canada Post — Available for most standard parcel shipments across Canada.
• Purolator — Available for most standard parcel shipments across Canada.

Carrier-calculated rates are determined by package dimensions, weight, and your delivery postal code. Select the option that best fits your timeline and budget at checkout.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some products in our catalogue — such as large RV components, batteries, generators, tanks, and other bulky parts — are classified as oversized or heavy freight. These items cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers and require special handling.

• Heavy / Oversize Shipping — CAD $0 (included in the product price). This rate applies to qualifying oversized products.
• Oversized items are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery timelines for freight shipments differ from standard parcel delivery and will vary by region and freight carrier schedule.
• Freight shipments may require someone to be present at the delivery address. Additional details will be provided in your order confirmation where applicable.

Refrigerated & Temperature-Sensitive Freight (Fridge / LTL)

Certain products require temperature-controlled shipping — for example, refrigerants, specific RV chemicals, or other temperature-sensitive components. These shipments are handled separately from standard or oversize freight:

• Fridge LTL Standard — CAD $250. This rate applies to products requiring refrigerated less-than-truckload (LTL) freight handling.
• Temperature-controlled shipments are coordinated with specialized carriers to maintain product integrity during transit.
• Delivery timelines for refrigerated LTL shipments are longer than standard parcel or oversize freight and will vary based on your location and carrier routing.
• As with oversize freight, someone may need to be present at delivery. We will communicate specific requirements with your order details.

Products that require refrigerated shipping are clearly identified in their product listings. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

How Shipping Rates Are Applied

Shipping rates at checkout are automatically determined based on your order contents:

• Standard products (under CAD $99.99) → Standard rate of CAD $18.50, or carrier-calculated Canada Post / Purolator rates.
• Standard products (CAD $99.99 or more) → Free standard shipping.
• Oversized / heavy products → Heavy oversize rate (included — CAD $0 additional charge).
• Refrigerated / temperature-sensitive products → Fridge LTL Standard at CAD $250.

If your cart contains a mix of standard and oversized or refrigerated items, the applicable rate for the special-handling item will apply. Rates will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time. We will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
